Welcome to the Realm Walkers Beer Co Inc. website (the “Website”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Website and any content, features, merchandise sales, subscriptions, or event ticketing offered (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Who we are
    This Website is owned and operated by Realm Walkers Beer Co Inc. (“Realm Walkers”, “we”, “our”, “us”), Ontario, Canada. Contact: info@realmwalkers.ca.
  2. Eligibility & alcohol content
  • You must be of legal drinking age (19+) in Ontario or your place of residence to access alcohol-related sections.
  • We do not sell or ship alcohol via this Website. Mentions of beer are informational/promotional; alcohol sales occur only through licensed channels (e.g., LCBO/Beer Store/licensed venues).
  1. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

  1. Acceptable use

You won’t: (a) break laws; (b) scrape or harvest data; (c) upload malware; (d) interfere with security or normal operation; (e) infringe IP rights; or (f) misrepresent your identity. We may suspend/terminate access for violations.

  1. Intellectual property
    All site content (text, graphics, logos, images, artwork, video, code) is owned by or licensed to Realm Walkers and protected by IP laws. You may view/download for personal, non-commercial use only and must preserve notices.
If you submit content (e.g., comments/reviews), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, and distribute it in connection with the Website and our business.
  2. Merchandise, pricing & payment
  • What we sell here: merchandise, subscriptions, event tickets (no alcohol sales on this site).
  • Prices are in CAD and exclude applicable taxes, shipping, and duties unless stated.
  • We accept major credit cards. You represent you’re authorized to use the method.
  • Orders are offers to purchase; we may accept, refuse, or cancel (e.g., stock, errors, fraud suspicion).
  1. Shipping & risk of loss
  • We ship merchandise within Canada using standard carriers. Delivery times vary by region/service level.
  • Delays outside our control (postal/courier disruptions, strikes, severe weather, emergencies) may occur.
  • Title and risk transfer to you when the carrier takes possession. Any customs/duties (if applicable) are yours.
  1. Returns, refunds & cancellations (Ontario e-commerce)
  • Alcohol: Not sold here; no returns/refunds through this Website.
  • Merchandise: Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and saleable. Return shipping is your responsibility unless we shipped a defective/incorrect item. Refunds go to the original payment method after inspection/approval.
  • Event tickets & subscriptions: Unless expressly stated otherwise, non-refundable.
 These practices align with consumer rights under Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act, 2002. Nothing here limits your non-waivable statutory rights.
  1. Third-party links & services
    We may link to third-party sites/services. We don’t control or endorse them and aren’t responsible for their content, policies, or security. Use at your own risk.
  2. Disclaimers
    The Website and Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness, non-infringement, availability, or accuracy.
  3. Limitation of liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Realm Walkers and its officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages (including lost profits, lost data, business interruption). Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the item/service giving rise to the claim.
  4. Indemnity
    You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Realm Walkers and our affiliates from claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Site use, breach of these Terms, or violation of law/third-party rights.
  5. Termination
    We may suspend/terminate access at any time for any reason. Sections intended to survive (IP, Disclaimers, Limitation, Indemnity, Governing Law) do survive.
  6. Governing law & venue
    These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario.
  7. Entire agreement; severability; assignment; waiver
    These Terms plus referenced policies (Privacy, Cookie, Disclaimer) are the entire agreement. If a provision is invalid, the remainder stays effective. You may not assign without our consent. Our failure to enforce isn’t a waiver.
